With Governor Abbott's update on May 18th allowing Summer Camps to resume beginning May 31st, we will do so with the following changes and guidelines.
-There will be two (2) separate camp sessions per day Monday-Friday. A morning session from 9am-12pm and an afternoon session from 1pm-4pm. Each session is $250. If you purchased a discounted camp in January you many use it for the session of your choice. All previous sessions signed up for have been moved to the morning session by default. If you have signed up already for a specific week and want to move sessions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 832.582.5045 during business hours.
-Each session will have a maximum of twenty (20) campers. This is a self imposed limit to ensure the safety of our campers and staff. We feel this is a manageable number to occupy our 12,000 sq ft of indoor space safely. Most of the activities will incorporate stations and small groups. We will split the 20 campers into small groups of 4/5 with a coach.
-There will no longer be a "lunch break". We will use the break between 12-1pm to wipe down and clean the facility in preparation for the afternoon session.
-Each day of camp will have its own schedule of drills/games that will be posted. The afternoon session will be a repeat of the morning session.
-You may attend both the morning and afternoon sessions. You will just need to sign up and pay for each session. Campers will not be allowed to stay at the facility during the 12-1pm break.
-You must stay in the session you signed up for. If you signed up for the morning session that week, you must attend that session.
-Drop Ins. The availability of daily drop ins will be established at the beginning of each week. The number will depend on how many "full week" campers have signed up for each session. If 17 campers are attending the afternoon session for the week, then there will be 3 drop in spots available. Drop Ins will be $55/day.
-All registration MUST be done via our STIX APP or online before arrival. We will no longer accept "show up and drop off". It is vital that we know exactly how many campers and staff will be in the building at all times.
-All campers will check in and check out each day with the Camp Director. Only campers and staff will be allowed past the check in table. At end of the session campers will wait inside and be released to parents in the parking lot. Please have the names of all campers you are picking up in the windshield of your car.
-For sanitation purposes there will no longer be the communal water jug to refill water bottles. Please bring a large jug of water. We will have sealed water and Gatorade bottles for sale.
-There are 2 weeks of SOFTBALL camp (girls only) scheduled for June 22 & July 20th. There will be female instructors on staff those weeks to help with instruction. As of now there will only be 1 session per day to sign up for. If demand increases we will adjust it.
-All campers MUST be 6 years old when they attend. This is strictly enforced.

-All sales are final. We cannot transfer unused camp sessions to other areas of the business.
