First of all we want to thank you for the support you have shown us, without all of you we have no business and for that we are very thankful. I know we are in unsettling times and the messaging can be as confusing and frustrating as a set of IKEA instructions. It seems like each day we are bombarded with new stats and percentages.
I want to reassure you about the things that we can control and go over our current policies and new ones based on the Governors order. The health of all patrons is our number one priority. Our current policies for camp require all staff members and campers to have their temperature checked each day before entering the building. This ensures a safe environment for all those in attendance. Each day at the end of a camp session and when the facility closes for the evening all common areas, door handles, sitting areas are sprayed and wiped down with disinfectant. All glass doors and mirrors are cleaned. The floor and bathroom are mopped twice a day. All campers and staff are given hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the facility. Hand sanitizer is available at all times at the front desk.
The beauty of our 12,000 sq ft of warehouse space is that it is massive. Our 20' ceilings, 15' barn doors, big drum fans allow for air to move in an big open space. This is not recycled air you would have from an enclosed space, this is like being outside. These advantages allow us to offer a safe environment to hold summer camp each week, conduct lessons and hold team practices.
Per the Governors orders all adults MUST be wearing a mask to enter the facility.
We love having your kids with us. Having an 11 & 8 yr old who use the facility as well, I think of the safety and well being of all children like they were my own. We are always looking for ways to improve and make things as fluid as possible. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. You can reach us at email@example.com
Thank you again and we appreciate you all very much!
*If your school has a holiday and you would like for us to hold a camp we just need a minimum of 10 kids! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information
